Do you ship overseas?
We currently ship to Australian addresses only for most of the products unless stated.

How long will my order take?
We prioritise the care of our fragile products, ensuring they are shipped with extra sensitivity. While this approach may extend the delivery time slightly, our commitment is to strive for delivery within 10 days, ensuring your items reach you in the best condition possible.

How much does delivery cost?
We charge a flat $19.80 fee for delivery to anywhere in Australia.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers?
As your order may be delivered by courier, we cannot send to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

Returns and exchanges

How do I return my product back to you?
We hope that you will be pleased with your order. However, if the product is faulty we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within seven days of your receipt of goods provided they are in their original, unopened and unused condition.
